NIC Jalna providing ICT services to the various Govt. offices since 1988, and as a result lots of information available in the form of database. But this information was not accessible to the common citizen. As the touch screen kiosk is one of the most user friendly tool available to reach the public. Many people that have little or no computing experience can use Information Kiosks. So under the valuable directives from District Collector to open these databases Information to the citizen on kiosk, instead of waiting for request from RTI act., we started Information Kiosks at Collectorate, Zilla Parishad, APMC and also at District Court Jalna. Also started Information Kiosks at all the eight Tahsil offices and planning to extend it upto Circle level.

HIGH-TECH TEHSIL PARTUR : Partur tehsil of the Jalna District in Maharashtra has set an example by implementing Village level Land record computerised services. This is the only Tehsil which is using Online Mutation software for updating Land record documents (Record of Rights 7/12). Recently, on the pilot basis all Talathi's (Village officers) of this tehsil have procured Laptop computers through their own funds and Local MLAs have provided printers. By using the NIC Land record software, computerized land record document 7/12 is being given at the village level itself.
Other Tehsils of the District also followed the Partur Tehsil and Talathis of all 8 tehsil purchased Laptop by their own money and started using it to distribute 7/12 at Village level.
Kiosk terminal is also installed at all the 8 Tehsil for
Villagers to view Land holding details.
For Collectorate :
Tapal Information System :-
A Client Server based s/w, Implemented for all the branches of
Collectorate over LAN, for Monitoring the Daily Inward/Outward
correspondence to/from the Collectorate. All the Inward/outward
tapal entered centrally from Inward/outward section, by categorizing
tapal on type of the letter. The status of the compliance on tapal
entered from concern branch. This help to
Land Acquisition Cases Monitoring System : - For Monitoring the various Land Acquisition cases in the district.
Reference Monitoring System (REFNIC) :-
The s/w is developed & Implemented for monitoring the follow up of
various references marked by Collector to various offices for
compliance within a period, depending upon their priority. The s/w
automatically generates the reminders, notices and memos if
compliance was not done in time. This helped to minimize the
Property Card Information System(PCIS):- For Residential land, s/w implemented successfully for Jalna City. Distributing Computerized PR cards from last 3 years, also on line mutations of the same going on with biometric security.
File Monitoring System (FMS) :- s/w is under Implementation phase, data entry of the pending files is going on. The s/w is useful for monitoring the file movement from various tables.
LAN :- All the Three Floor of the Administrative Building connected in LAN to Control Room. Also Some offices connected through Dialup line.
RF Network : SP Office, Zilla Parishad, District Court, Irrigation, Registry Office and PWD offices connected via wireless RF Network.
Video Conference :- Video Conferencing working successfully via Lease Line.
Lease Line :- 2Mbps Lease Line working fine, with Internet connections at Collector, RDC, DDE, Control room, Video conferencing and at user room. Five clients made available for the offices not having Internet facility for using BDS and other Internet applications.

Support to Other Offices :-
District Court :- Online Case Filing upto taluka court, Payroll, Email/Internet and training support.
Zilla Parishad :- Support for Panchayat raj portal data collection and entry, ZPAS, BPL list and support for uploading various DRDA scheme information.
Employment Office :- Online registration of the Unemployed candidates, & distribution of computerized registration card with Photo identity is going on. Website of Employment & self-employment department kept on Kiosk for viewing.
Treasury :- Online acceptance of the Bills and generation of computerized cheque going on. BDS training and support to the DDOs.
APMC :- Implemented the AGMARKNET at all the APMC's of the District. Daily commodity rates will be uploaded on website.
CIPA at Police Training School :- Implemented Common Integrated Police Application at Police Training School for the training purpose of the Police.
Data Manager and Operator provided through NICSI for the IDSP
CONFONET :- For the District Consumer Forum Office, for monitoring the cases at Consumer Forum.
